Disappearing Networks

  Trying to setup a new router Ax1800 – Have the 2 default LAN networks on 2.4 & 5G, Successfully added an iot Network connected to X1 on 2.G, but every time I think I have setup additional Wi-fi networks on 5G – one for Guest, one for some secondary devices tied to X2 port the additional 5G networks don’t show/disappear even after the SAVE button is applied. Help? Also – do corresponding 2.4 networks have to be setup for those SSID’s to make it work? TIA

  You can have a WiFi network one band only, i.e., no need to mirror 2.4 Ghz config to 5.0 GHz.

  Once you set up a WiFi network and hit Save, the configs should persist. E.g., if you refresh the page after saving or navigate away from the WiFi page and come back, you should see your settings intact. If you see otherwise, please let us know. We’ll help you figure it out.
