I’m using the simple facebook and whatsapp app. In my profile, as always, i have everything checked (VPN, Proxy, TOR, Literal IP addresses, safe search) except ad block.

I have less problems with facebook, but with whatsapp the situation is very bad, sometimes i receive messages late hours, some days i must to switch to the mobile data.

Why it works with only Proxy/VPN checked? In this case my problem remains.

With the new firmware update, 2.0.6, the problem has not been solved. Look here:

As you can see, there are those 3 web addresses (and others) “www.facebook.com” “b-graph.facebook.com” “lithium.facebook.com” blocked with the port TCP 443 (Proxy/VPN).

pcwrt staff, you’re a genious! Thanks! I was having problems with my youngest son because of streaming by akamaihd.net, there were web addresses I didn’t like in the “View Logs”, movies with partially explicit nude. Thanks!

    Thanks!

You can add these new addresses by Cloudflare too:

Your solution is really great but for example these links doesn’t work:

    maps.google.com
    cello.client-channel.google.com
    business.google.com
    earth.google.com
    suggestqueries.google.com
    hr.client-channel.google.com
    dl.google.com

but with other ones it works:

    inbox.google.com
    pay.sandbox.google.com
    play.google.com
    contacts.google.com
    drive.google.com
    docs.google.com

    and so on….

In your opinion, why this happen? There’s a way to solve this problem? There’s a right “regular expression” for this case?

Thanks, this problem is really important, i have seriou problems with whatsapp because of it.

For example, i have this problem with ip too:

“216.239.38.119”, TCP:443, Reason: Proxy/VPN. If i put this in the white list it will not be unblocked.

No, i want to block all google domains but i don’t want to block, for example, “mail.google.com” or “pay.google.com” or “drive.google.com” etc… i just want to block the search engine, nothing more.

I want that all about google works except the search engine.

    Is this possible?

About the partial domain blocking, i can’t understand this:

If i want block ONLY the extensions of a site, for example “google.com”, “google.it”, “google.es”, “google.fr” etc… and Nothing Else, but just the “.com”, “.it”, “.es”, “.fr” what expression i have to use?

I don’t want to block anything about google, but only its own site extensions.

    Thanks.
