I have the router directly downstream of our AT&T modem router combo. There are two routers connected to this device, The Comfast PCWRT, and a Netgear device that is not having issues.
After the factory reset, and it begins the 30-90 second cycle consistently again. I did a few resets, and tried disabling access control on one as well.
