AX1800 goes into crash-restart loop

Hi, My AX1800 router Network setup uses ‘X1’ VLAN and the other two on ‘LAN’ setting.
When I tried the following, it can cause the router to go into a crash-reboot loop state when I try any of the below:
a) reassign one of the port from ‘LAN’ to ‘X2’
b) Setup a new WiFi to GUEST network.
I did not modify the source/destination VLAN table.
I’m not sure why this is happening. To stop the loop state, I need to use a paperclip to press the hard reset button to get the router back to factory settings.
